Do you have your 2011 year planned out?

On A Calendar-Every month?

As entrepreneurs we have the hardest time

planning ahead.. It’s true, if you look at the big brands

like Facebook, Google, Target, Wal-Mart

they know exactly what they’ll be promoting in

May, June and July etc- Do you?

Brendon Burchard has changed my life and business

these last few month just being apart of his elite

Experts Academy coaching program. I’m now

investing into several other of his brands. He taught

me this exercise I’m about to share with you:)

Here’s the exercise that changed my business.

Get some paper or flip chart-pen

Draw out 12(for 12 months in a year)

squares, label them by months-in order. Now for each

month write down what you will do to add value

to your market- for example will you offer them a

free audio, send them cd’s a new book, video series,

teleseminar or webinar..

Then write down each month the product or service

that your customers will BUY as a result to the free

Value given that month.

Also for each month right down what affiliate products

you will promote. Figure out what webinars you will do with

them etc. But Tim “I don’t have affiliates”- Go GET THEM!!

Network, go to events! Come on take action!

When your done filling out

the 12 squares take a step back to reflect on your

planned out 2011.

Now ask yourself. Do the months flow together?

Ask yourself- If you were the customer following “you”

the whole year of 2011 would the sequence of value/sale

make sense, not leave the year feeling confused or most

importantly one huge brain f*ck- Information Overload.

Change around the months as you see fit.

This really is where the power comes in. By already knowing

the year funnel for your customer you will be able to refine

it as the year progresses with a more clear understanding of the

end goal.

If you didn’t plan ahead you will need to do double the work

to fix the problem at that very moment which can take you

off your game and that’s where irrational decisions are made.

It’s just good business sense to plan your year out. Why do

we all struggle with this? Maybe because your scared to take action?

I’m sure there are many reasons to the madness but this exercise

here is the cure and its fun and easy:)

forever. Just try it, Most or about 95% of you

reading this do not plan ahead..you live by the

seat of your pants – hey I was the same way:)

It’s all good, but it’s time you get serious about

2011.

Frank Kern once said, to become a Millionaire just

tell yourself , “To stop fucking around, and stop being

a pussy!” That might be offensive to some of you and

you’re the ones that really need to let that statement

sink end for a minute– ok

While doing this exercise for my 2011, it made me

realize something powerful.

I planned my year out so each month flows to

the next. Instead of just teaching you random

ninja marketing strategies, I’m going to teach you

the exact framework I used to create a 7 figure

business.
